Types of Fiscal Representation
Voluntary Tax Representation

Legal Tax Representation
It has a legal character, i.e., the representative acts as a tax agent, in the case of companies not established in the EU that want to operate in Spanish VAT territory.

What are the functions of the fiscal representative?
